Enjoys seeing a variety of orthopedic diagnoses for patients of all ages. Krista is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association.
Chris provides outpatient care at the Sports & Spine Center. He also works with patients in acute hospital, acute rehabilitation, subacute and long-term care settings throughout Agnesian HealthCare. Chris is experienced in providing care in a home health environment. He is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association.
Billie Jo is interested in the treatment of orthopedic and sports-related injuries in patients of all ages. She also helps provide athletic training services to all area high schools.
Gina provides orthopedic and neurological care to patients of all ages. She has special interest in working with patients who have had surgeries involving the hip, knee and shoulder.
Linda's treatment focus is total joint replacements and amputations, as well as orthopedic injuries.
Kathy's treatment experience includes acute and chronic dysfunctions, performing functional capacity evaluations. It also includes extensive coursework in manual therapy for
the spine and extremities and certification in lymphedema therapy.
Kristin specializes in swallowing impairments and expressive/receptive language deficits. She works with the age span from children through adults.
Haley is a certified speech-language pathologist (SLP) who is committed to providing speech and language services to all patients, through motivating and innovative therapy sessions, because she believes that everyone deserves a voice. Haley has experience working with both pediatric and adult populations including pediatric developmental speech and language disorders/delays (i.e. articulation and phonological disorders), expressive/receptive language, apraxia, fluency, pragmatics and social use of language, as well as voice and swallowing disorders.
Marae has incorporated skills in both occupational and physical therapy professions to provide a holistic approach to patient care. She is the lead therapist for the multidisciplinary Pain Management Team. Marea's treatment experience includes complex chronic pain, spine and general orthopedic conditions.
Lisa specializes in the treatment of orthopedic and work-related injuries, with advanced training in ergonomic evaluation, and dry needling. She has extensive training in the evaluation and treatment of the lumbar and cervical regions, as well as the shoulder and knee.
Greg specializes in general physical therapy, sports medicine, wound care, and spine rehab practice with emphasis to hands on treatment, neuromuscular re-education, and exercise. As a sports medicine professional, he has worked with patients from youth to semi-professional and Olympic level athletes. Greg also has extensive industrial rehabilitation and ergonomic assessment experience.
Brooke provides care for patients of all ages. Her primary interest is in orthopedic and sports-related injuries. Brooke provides athletic-training services to local high schools.
Catherine specializes in head, neck, craniomandibular disorders, geriatrics and orthopedics. She has received extensive training in treatment approaches for osteoporosis, and issues relating to treatment of various spine concerns. Catherine Grzywacz is a member of the multidisciplinary Pain Management Team at Agnesian HealthCare.
Amber treats a variety of orthopedic and work-related conditions. She performs post-operative rehabilitation and has advanced training in the treatment of imbalance and vertigo.
Angela specializes in the treatment of dysphagia, as well as speech, expressive/receptive language, cognition and voice disorders.
Callie works in outpatient therapy focusing on rehabilitation of the shoulder to hand and neurological conditions. She also provides inpatient therapy to promote independence and safety with activities of daily living.
Audra provides outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation with integration of manual therapy to treat spine and extremities. Audra specializes in kinesiotaping and casting for orthotics. She is an APTA credentialed clinical instructor.
Samantha provides outpatient physical therapy services to patients of all ages, with a focus on orthopedic conditions and rehabilitation. She is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association, orthopedic section.
Katherine has experience in sports rehabilitation, sports performance training and work conditioning. She has a particular interest in the treatment of orthopedic and sports injuries in patients of all ages. Katherine is a member of the National Strength and Conditioning Association.
