Jessica enjoys working collaboratively with children, adolescents and their families. Her therapeutic approach is individualized and focused on emphasizing client strengths, but includes aspects of play therapy, psychodynamic and humanistic viewpoints. She provides psychotherapy for a variety of concerns, including attachment, trauma, anxiety, mood disorders, relationship and adjustment difficulties, autism as well as difficulties related to behavior concerns. She also has a particular interest in Tourette's Syndrome. Jessica conducts psychological assessments for all ages to help determine mental health diagnoses and related concerns, such as anxiety, mood disorders, ADHD and learning and intellectual disabilities.
