Postpartum Depression Group
Facilitated by Colleen Zietlow, LMFT, Agnesian HealthCare Behavioral Health Services Psychotherapist, Agnesian HealthCare's Postpartum Depression group offers education and support for women who are experiencing or are at risk for postpartum depression.This group is also open to women who are struggling emotionally after childbirth and need to connect with others.
Participants will learn about adjusting to their new role as a parent, bonding with their newborn, expectations vs. reality, boundaries, social support, adjusting to relationship changes, physical demands of the newborn, emotional effects of pregnancy, childbirth and the role of hormones. This group will also give mothers the opportunity to talk, listen and share their experiences with other women experiencing similar feelings.
Mothers are invited to bring their babies to group sessions.
This support group meets the first and third Wednesday of each month from 1 to 2 p.m.

Walk With a Doc "After Hours" - Forest Mall
Agnesian HealthCare is partnering with Walk With a Doc to create a safe, walkable community.
The collaborative mission is to encourage healthy physical activity in people of all ages, and reverse the consequences of a sedentary lifestyle in order to improve the health and well-being of the country.

Agnesian HealthCare's Breastfeeding for Moms & Dads class provides you and your partner with information to begin breastfeeding with confidence and a true sense of security. Topics include the advantages of breastfeeding, techniques, problem prevention, returning to work and the use of breast pumps for the nursing mother.

Domestic Violence Support Group - Shine
Shine is a support group for women who have been abused physically, sexually, verbally and emotionally, or who are currently involved in a domestic violence relationship.
Shine is an open support group and meets Thursday evenings from 5 to 6 p.m. at Domestic Violence Services, 21 S. Marr Street, Fond du Lac.

Understanding Mom & Baby: Postpartum Care - Step Two
Expectant parents in their mid to late third trimester of pregnancy are invited to join St. Agnes Hospital Women & Infants Unit labor and delivery nurses for a two-part class that focuses on mom and baby, after baby has been born. Session one focuses on mom - body changes after delivery; breast care, baby blues, relationships, work and child care, diet and exercise and expectations. Session two is all about baby, including newborn characteristics, feeding, sleeping, soothing, bathing, illness and more!
Class dates are March 16 & 23.
LGBTQ Adult Group
LGBTQ Adult is a free, confidential support group for adults 18 and older who identify with the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer (LGBTQ) community, and/or seeking support surrounding their sexual orientation.
Facilitated by Leann Vice-Reshel, MA, LPC; Paul Clark, MSE, LPC; and Michaela Ramos, BS, master's level intern, Agnesian Health Care Behavioral Health Services, this professional and peer-led group offers support to individuals anywhere in their coming out process, and includes professional education on the following:

- Sexual Orientation
- Gender identity
- Communication with family and friends
This group meets on the first Thursday of each month from 7 to 8 p.m. in the Health Resource Center; and the third Thursday of each month in the Finance Meeting Room.

Look Good...Feel Better - Waupun Memorial Hospital
Guided by volunteer cosmetologists, the Look Good...Feel Better program is designed for female cancer patients and provides instruction on how to use make-up and skincare techniques to overcome the appearance-related effects of chemotherapy and radiation.
Participants will receive a complimentary make-up bag offered through a partnership of the American Cancer Society; the Cosmetic, Toiletry and Fragrance Association Foundation; and the National Cosmetology Association.
Classes and materials are provided free of charge to women in active cancer treatment.

Cardiac & Stroke Support Group
Topic: Navigating the Grocery Store Virtual Tour & Label Reading
Agnesian HealthCare's Dale Michels Center for Heart Care and Primary Stroke Center is a free monthly program, scheduled over the noon hour that gives participants an opportunity to share their concerns with others having similar experiences and to design ways to cope with the challenges that arise from a heart disease diagnosis or stroke event.
Guest speakers include professionals in the field of cardiac and stroke care. In addition, print materials and class discussion provide up-to-date information for patients, family and friends.
Lunch is offered at 11:30 a.m. Presentation begins at noon.

Healing Hearts Cardiac Support Group
Cardiac patients and their families, and those working to control cardiac risk factors are invited to attend this free support group.
