Join Lora Vahlsing, certified Hatha Yoga instructor, for a six-week gentle yoga experience that is well-suited for individuals who want a soft, nurturing, slow-paced, well-supported and relaxing practice. Postures may be approached in gradual steps, with time to focus on breathing and repetition so the practice is simple to do and easy to remember.

Look Good...Feel Better - St. Agnes Hospital
Guided by volunteer cosmetologists, the Look Good...Feel Better program is designed for female cancer patients and provides instruction on how to use make-up and skincare techniques to overcome the appearance-related effects of chemotherapy and radiation.
Participants will receive a complimentary make-up bag offered through a partnership of the American Cancer Society; the Cosmetic, Toiletry and Fragrance Association Foundation; and the National Cosmetology Association.
Classes and materials are provided free of charge to women in active cancer treatment.

Postpartum Depression Group
Facilitated by Colleen Zietlow, LMFT, Agnesian HealthCare Behavioral Health Services Psychotherapist, Agnesian HealthCare's Postpartum Depression group offers education and support for women who are experiencing or are at risk for postpartum depression.This group is also open to women who are struggling emotionally after childbirth and need to connect with others.
Participants will learn about adjusting to their new role as a parent, bonding with their newborn, expectations vs. reality, boundaries, social support, adjusting to relationship changes, physical demands of the newborn, emotional effects of pregnancy, childbirth and the role of hormones. This group will also give mothers the opportunity to talk, listen and share their experiences with other women experiencing similar feelings.
Mothers are invited to bring their babies to group sessions.
This support group meets the first and third Wednesday of each month from 1 to 2 p.m.

Open Bereavement Support Group: Anyone experiencing the death of a spouse/partner may attend any of the meetings and different individuals may be there each time.

Walk With a Doc "After Hours" - Forest Mall

CARDIO + Core Fitness & Strengthening Classes
Join Becky Wightman, fitness instructor, for a four-week fitness program that will help participants tighten their abdomen and core, improve functional strength and help prevent injury. Get ready for high energy, interval training to build strength and stamina. Participants will be able to run faster...play harder...stand stronger.
Classes includes 30 minutes of cardio and 30 minutes of core exercises. Participation is not recommended for people with shoulder injuries or severe lower body injuries.
Class dates include Wednesdays, March 1 to 22.
Breastfeeding for Moms & Dads
Agnesian HealthCare's Breastfeeding for Moms & Dads class provides you and your partner with information to begin breastfeeding with confidence and a true sense of security. Topics include the advantages of breastfeeding, techniques, problem prevention, returning to work and the use of breast pumps for the nursing mother.

Affected Family Members Group
Domestic violence affects everyone involved, including the family and friends of the person being abused. The Affected Family Members Group provides family and friends a place of support, healing and learning to help support loved ones while they are in the abusive relationship and after thay have left the abusive relationship.
This open support group meets the first and third Thursday of each month from 4 to 5 p.m.

Domestic Violence Support Group - Shine
Shine is a support group for women who have been abused physically, sexually, verbally and emotionally, or who are currently involved in a domestic violence relationship.
Shine is an open support group and meets Thursday evenings from 5 to 6 p.m. at Domestic Violence Services, 21 S. Marr Street, Fond du Lac.
