The Nutman is Coming to Ripon Medical Center
The public is invited to attend a candy and nut sale by The Nutman Company, sponsored by the Ripon Medical Center Auxiliary. This event is scheduled from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. by the Ripon Medical Center Atrium by the gift shop.
The Nutman Company features 150 fine quality nuts, chocolates, snack mixes and candies at reasonable prices! This is a great opportunity to pick up a special gift or satisfy your sweet tooth.

Waupun - Grief Matters Adult Grief Support Group (Open)
Open bereavement support group for anyone who has experienced the death of a loved one.
Registration is not required for open groups.
Infant massage is nourishment for healthy development of baby’s mind, body and spirit. Loving touch lessens tension, fussiness and irritability; enhances bonding; aids in growth and development; improves baby’s sleep and increases circulation.
This Agnesian HealthCare class is for newborns that are not yet crawling. Participants should bring a soft blanket to the class.
Walk With a Doc "After Hours" - Forest Mall
Agnesian HealthCare is partnering with Walk With a Doc to create a safe, walkable community.
The collaborative mission is to encourage healthy physical activity in people of all ages, and reverse the consequences of a sedentary lifestyle in order to improve the health and well-being of the country.
Join Agnesian HealthCare providers on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. to begin your commitment of improved health and well-being.

Domestic Violence Support Group - Shine
Shine is a support group for women who have been abused physically, sexually, verbally and emotionally, or who are currently involved in a domestic violence relationship.
Shine is an open support group and meets Thursday evenings from 5 to 6 p.m. at Domestic Violence Services, 21 S. Marr Street, Fond du Lac.

Affected Family Members Group
Domestic violence affects everyone involved, including the family and friends of the person being abused. The Affected Family Members Group provides family and friends a place of support, healing and learning to help support loved ones while they are in the abusive relationship and after thay have left the abusive relationship.
This open support group meets the first and third Thursday of each month from 4 to 5 p.m.

Family members and friends must be at least 18 years of age to participate in this support group.
Designed to both nurture and challenge your body, prenatal yoga inspires trust in birthing through meditation, breathing and movement. Expectant mothers will benefit from much-needed relaxation, while strengthening the muscles that support baby during pregnancy adn labor.
Join Lora Vahlsing, certified Hatha Yoga instructor, for a four-week mixed level prenatal yoga class for all levels and any trimester of pregnancy. This is a great opportunity to reconnect with your body's natural wisdom about birth and bond with baby.
Class dates include Mondays, April 3 to 24.

Gentle Yoga - Ripon

RMC Wellness Center members attend at no cost, and should register with an RMC Wellness Center associate.

The public is invited to attend a purse sale, sponsored by the Agnesian HealthCare Volunteers, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Tuesday, April 4 and Wednesday, April 5 in the Agnesian HealthCare lobby concourse, 430 E. Division Street, Fond du Lac.
