Once again patients and families of Agnesian HealthCare’s Hospice Hope will benefit from this year’s Agnesian HealthCare Foundation Charity Open.
The day featured a great day of golfing followed by a dinner with exciting live and silent auctions and raffle drawings.
More than $410,000 was raised to support direct hospice patient care.
“Each year, the greater Fond du Lac community rallies around this important service to ensure that any individual or family in need of end-of-life care can take advantage of these incredible services,” says Holly Brenner, regional vice president – Marketing, Communications & Foundations - SSM Health of Wisconsin. “Throughout the event, we hear heartwarming stories about why people choose to support this hospice program and how fortunate we are to have it within our community.”
Thanks to the support of sponsors, event attendees and raffle ticket purchasers, the Agnesian HealthCare Foundation will be able to fund more than 1,700 days of hospice patient care.
The 2019 Agnesian HealthCare Foundation Charity Open was led by senior chairpersons Drs. Robert and Brenda Grass with Paul and Michelle Muche joining as junior chairpersons.
