Recognizing this fact, Ripon Medical Center offers a specialized pediatric fitness program, called healthYouth, to assist area youth, ages six to 18, and their family members develop healthy lifestyle changes through proper nutrition and physical activity. The six-month program involves working with an exercise physiologist and other Ripon Medical Center staff once per week for the first 11 weeks and ends with three monthly sessions.
