Dr. Sarah Arnold, a clinical psychologist and clinical supervisor, enjoys working with children, adolescents, and families in an outpatient setting. Her exceptional expertise in collaboration, training, and consultation with educational systems and daycares regarding a variety of behavioral health topics inspires educators to be passionate about ensuring optimal development for children. She is an advocate for resiliency and trauma-informed care, which she integrates into her educational trainings and therapy. Her strength-based approach allows those she is working with to feel comfortable to address their challenges, while benefiting from evidenced-based interventions. She integrates a combination of CBT, EMDR, and play therapy in her approach. Her areas of specialty include work with ADHD, autism spectrum disorders, anxiety disorders, mood disorders, selective mutism, social anxiety, OCD, and struggles related to disruptive behavior, social skills, attachment, grief, & trauma.
