Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy (Outpatient)
Chris provides outpatient care at the Sports & Spine Center. He also works with patients in acute hospital, acute rehabilitation, subacute and long-term care settings throughout Agnesian HealthCare. Chris is experienced in providing care in a home health environment. He is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association.
