Giving OpportunitiesThe receipt of financial gifts plays an extremely important role in maintaining a strong healthcare system. The foundations and giving efforts within Agnesian HealthCare help to provide support for the organization and its services. The generosity of our communities supports many important hospital programs and healthcare initiatives.
Memorial and Honor Gifts The St. Agnes Hospital Foundation invites individuals to remember or honor a loved one in a special way by purchasing an engraved brick. Bricks can be located on a Wall of Hope at the Central Wisconsin Cancer Program for the Cancer Care Fund or as part of the Legacy Circle, which is located on the hospital grounds. The Legacy Circle is created in part from bricks preserved from the St. Agnes School of Nursing/former St. Agnes Convent building. Contributions made through the purchase of a Legacy Circle brick may be designated by the donor to any of the Foundation's funds or area of greatest need. In addition, memorial and honor gifts can be directed to the Remembrance Gardens, located at Agnesian HealthCare's Hospice Home of Hope. The Remembrance Gardens have been established through the generous donations to the St. Agnes Hospital Foundation from the many families whose lives have been touched by the care of Agnesian HealthCare's Hospice Hope. You can help by making a contribution to the St. Francis Home Foundation. Through your support, the St. Francis Home Foundation works to develop new programs and services for residents, offer assisted-living services, add independent living care and keep the St. Francis Home campus up-to-date.
