The giving efforts within Agnesian HealthCare help to provide support for the organization and its services. The generosity of our communities supports many important hospital programs and healthcare initiatives.
Agnesian HealthCare Foundation - Partners in Caring
The Agnesian HealthCareFoundation, a charitable tax-exempt organization, exists to solicit, accept, acknowledge and invest charitable gifts, grants and bequests to help meet the many healthcare needs of the people served by Agnesian HealthCare.
Causes Worthy of Your Support
There are a variety of ways to make gifts to the Agnesian HealthCare Foundation. Many donors wish to make a lasting gift through a bequest, or an endowed gift to benefit others in our community. Others choose to make cash gifts throughout the year to designated funds within the foundation to support hospital programs and services. Individuals needing the following programs and services at Agnesian HealthCare benefit greatly from the generosity of donors. If the donor prefers, we can direct the gift to an unrestricted fund allowing its use where it is needed most.

Memorial and Honor Gifts
The Agnesian HealthCare Foundation invites individuals to remember or honor a loved one in a special way by purchasing an engraved brick. Bricks can be located on a Wall of Hope at the Central Wisconsin Cancer Program for the Cancer Care Fund or as part of the Legacy Circle, which is located on the St. Agnes Hospital grounds.
The Legacy Circle is created in part from bricks preserved from the St. Agnes School of Nursing/former St. Agnes Convent building. Contributions made through the purchase of a Legacy Circle brick may be designated by the donor to any of the Foundation's funds or area of greatest need.
Donations to the Angel of Hope Memorial & Healing Garden on the St. Agnes Hospital grounds assists with the development of programs for families needing help when dealing with a significant loss.
In addition, memorial and honor gifts can be directed to the Remembrance Gardens, located at Agnesian HealthCare's Hospice Home of Hope in Fond du Lac.
The Remembrance Gardens have been established through the generous donations to the St. Agnes Hospital Foundation from the many families whose lives have been touched by the care of Agnesian HealthCare's Hospice Hope.
Annual Fund-raisers
The Agnesian HealthCare Foundation offers donors the opportunity to participate in annual giving events with the proceeds applied to a specific need. Such opportunities include:
- Annual Giving: An annual drive established to raise money for particular Agnesian HealthCare programs or services.
- Samaritan Health Clinic House Raffle: Each spring the Agnesian HealthCare Foundation raffles off a newly constructed home or a significant cash prize, along with other prizes, to help offset the operating costs of the Samaritan Health Clinics in Fond du Lac and Waupun. The clinic offers basic medical and eye care as well as emergency dental care to families with no insurance and otherwise unable to afford such treatment.
- Hospice Hope Cancer Care Charity Open: This annual golf outing is the area's largest fund raiser benefiting the seriously ill - both hospice and cancer patients. The golf outing, held each August, includes an evening dinner and auction.
- An Evening of Wine & Chocolate: This annual evening at the Rock River Country Club, Waupun, features chocolates from End of the Trail Candy Shoppe and various hand-selected wines from around the world. There are also numerous specialty beers, local cheeses and hors d'oeuvre buffet for sampling as well as a silent auction.

Gifts to the Foundation may be made through a variety of tax-deductible methods, including cash, check, gifts of stock, securities or bequests through one's will.
