Support Groups

Run by trained grief volunteers and free to the public, Grief Relief peer support groups will meet every Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday night beginning in September at 912 S. Hickory Street, Fond du Lac.

Separate meetings will be set up for children between the ages of 4 to 6; 7 to 10; 11 to 14; and for 15 to 17 year-olds. In addition, adult caretakers of the youths attending the sessions can participate in peer support groups meeting at the same time.

Grief Relief also offers suicide support as well as a support group for widows.

While there is no charge to participate in the program, advance registration is required for Grief Relief. For those interested, a family information packet is available by calling Agnesian HealthCare Journeys: a health resource center at (920) 926-4960. For additional information or questions about Grief Relief, contact Sister Joyann Repp, MSN, RN, Agnesian HealthCare bereavement coordinator, at (920) 924-4660.
