If this is the case, Agnesian HealthCare’s Central Wisconsin Cancer Program’s (CWCP) staff of healthcare professionals provides compassionate, state-of-art cancer care close to home for patients in a 10-county area surrounding Fond du Lac. No need to travel an hour for testing, treatment or other services – all your care will be close to home.
The CWCP’s main facility is located adjacent to the Agnesian HealthCare main campus in Fond du Lac where chemotherapy (hematology and medical oncology) services are provided along with radiation therapy/oncology services. Chemotherapy services are also provided in Berlin and Waupun.
