North Fond du Lac
The North Fond du Lac Clinic is open at 723 Park Ridge Lane, located at the entrance of North Fond du Lac's Northgate Business Park. The clinic houses family medicine physicians Dwayne Clark, MD, Barbara Franck, MD, Douglas Fownes, MD, and Russell Fredrickson, MD, along with nurse practitioner Denise Gatien-Brux, APNP.
The North Fond du Lac Clinic can accommodate up to five providers and features 15 exam rooms, two procedure rooms, a spacious waiting room with a children's area, expanded parking and a main entrance canopy. The clinic also features on-site laboratory and X-ray services (including mammograms), along with a variety of other capabilities for our patients' convenience.
A 1,500-square-feet full-service pharmacy serves North Fond du Lac area residents with prescription with drive-thru and over-the-counter medications.
