Agnesian HealthCare welcomes nephrologist Bret Pasiuk, MD, to the Fond du Lac Regional Clinic, 420 E. Division Street. As part of his practice, Dr. Pasiuk treats patients at Agnesian HealthCare dialysis centers in Fond du Lac and Beaver Dam.
As a nephrologist, Dr. Pasiuk sees patients with kidney-related illnesses and helps them effectively manage their total healthcare needs.
He provides primary and consultative services to patients with a variety of kidney-related conditions, including: acute and chronic kidney failure, diabetic kidney disease, fluid and electrolyte disorders/management, glomerulonephritis, hematuria, hereditary kidney disease, cystic diseases of the kidney, hypertension, medical management of recurrent kidney stones, proteinuria and renal transplant follow up.
“My goal is to see patients early enough to prevent or delay dialysis,” according to Dr. Pasiuk. “I provide care that focuses on my patients and their specific needs.”
A graduate of Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences, F. Edward Hebert School of Medicine, Dr. Pasiuk completed his internal medicine residency at National Naval Medical Center. Following his residency, Dr. Pasiuk pursued a nephrology fellowship at Walter Reed Army Medical Center. He is board certified in nephrology and internal medicine, and served 24 years in the U.S. Navy.

Dr. Pasiuk and his wife, Joanne, are relocating to the Fond du Lac area. They have two children, including Alexander and Xavier, both 2. Dr. Pasiuk also has two older children, India and Dylan. Dr. Pasiuk enjoys spending time with friends and family, and he loves Thanksgiving because it is filled with family and food.
