2013 Samaritan Health Clinic raffle house progressing, first open house October 11
September 09, 2013

Work continues to progress quickly at the 2013 Samaritan Health Clinic raffle house, located in the Town of Fond du Lac at N6003 Hideaway Lane in the Westfield Hideaway Subdivision.

Builders are currently adding siding to the home, cabinets are installed, and outside stone work is adding to the beauty of this year’s raffle house.

The community will begin to see firsthand the many quality features of the Samaritan Health Clinic raffle house as open houses begin on October 11 from 4 to 7 p.m. Other public open houses are scheduled from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. on October 12 & 13, October 19 & 20, and October 26 & 27; from 4 to 7 p.m. on October 18, 25 & 29; and from 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. on October 30. Tickets are available for sale at each open house.

The drawing for the 2,248-square-foot ranch house, which is valued at $269,000, is scheduled for Wednesday, October 30. The grand prize winner can choose to accept the house or $134,500 in cash. Raffle tickets cost $50 each or $150 for four. The Agnesian HealthCare Foundation can now accept credit card ticket sales by phone. All other purchases will continue to occur face-to-face, without sales by mail.

The house raffle is the main source of funding for the clinic’s operations. All proceeds help provide patients with important basic health services, medications and urgent dental needs.

Dream Builders, Tom Lemiesz, sole proprietor, is constructing the three-bedroom house with a three-car garage on a large, half-acre lot in the Town of Fond du Lac. Partners by Design coordinates the furnishings and decorating for the open houses.

The house can be located using the following directions: West on Highway 23, South on Esterbrook Road, West on Rogersville Road (for one-quarter mile), South on Wild West Lane, Right on Hideaway Lane.

Derek Colmenares, MD, Fond du Lac Regional Clinic family medicine physician, and Gary Deitte, Holiday Automotive vice president, are serving as the 2013 house raffle co-chairperson.
