Agnesian HealthCare Bereavement Services is hosting a “Celebration of Remembrance for the Bereaved” in Fond du Lac and Berlin.
Families of individuals who have died in the last year are invited to attend this special service of love, life and hope.
Celebration of Remembrance programs are scheduled on Thursday, May 29 at 7 p.m. in the St. Agnes Chapel, 430 E. Division Street in Fond du Lac; and at 2 p.m. on Sunday, June 1 at All Saints Catholic Church, N8566 State Road 49 in Berlin.
For Berlin participants, road construction is now underway at the intersection of Highway 23 and 49 (please following detour signs).
“Agnesian HealthCare is committed to providing compassionate care to families who grieve the loss of a loved one,” says Sister Joyann Repp, MSN, RN, Agnesian HealthCare Hospice Hope bereavement coordinator. “We strive to offer a warm and caring presence so that bereaved persons can freely express their grief. It is our hope that through these services, healing and readjustment can occur.”

Please share the name of the person being remembered, as well as how many individuals will be participating. Participants should bring a candle in a container that can be set on a table.
