National hospital marketing organization recognizes Agnesian HealthCare executive
Holly Brenner, vice president of Strategic Development & Business Development with Agnesian HealthCare, has been recognized as one of the top hospital marketers at the first hospital marketing national conference, “Best Practices in Marketing Your Health Provider to Prospective Patients.”
Brenner, who has been with Agnesian HealthCare since 2011, was honored June 12 by DTC Perspectives as part of the inaugural group of top hospital marketers.
The Top Hospital Marketers ceremony recognized extraordinary hospital marketers who drive innovation, spearhead great creative, and work toward better branding for their hospital, health system or facility. Honorees were judged based on industry reputation, accomplishments, innovation, and notoriety among their peers, partners and media.
“As hospital marketing continues to progress and branding becomes more important to consumers, we must recognize the individuals leading their hospitals with great marketing work,” says Bob Ehrlich, chief executive officer of DTC Perspectives.
Brenner joined Agnesian HealthCare as the director of Marketing, Public Relations & Business Development. She was promoted to her current role in July 2013. In this role, Brenner is responsible for establishing the vision and future direction of Agnesian HealthCare’s growth initiatives through marketing and business relationships.
“Within that time, Agnesian HealthCare experienced significant changes in its marketing and business development strategies and execution,” according to Steve Little, Agnesian HealthCare president and chief executive officer. “Holly and her team have achieved many new and exciting initiatives to help promote Agnesian HealthCare’s brand, including a new dynamic look for marketing products, social media efforts, web site enhancements, different avenues of marketing messages, and much more.”
To help fulfill Agnesian HealthCare’s community outreach efforts, Brenner serves on many community-based committees designed to help enhance the overall health and well-being of local individuals and families. These include such exciting opportunities as the Fond du Lac Loop (walking, biking trail), Healthy Fond du Lac 2020, Well City Fond du Lac, Forward Fond du Lac and Leadership Fond du Lac.
Brenner has extensive experience in marketing and business development, and strategic planning. She has a MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh.
In addition, she serves as president of the Fond du Lac Family YMCA Board of Directors, is a member of the Fond du Lac Visitor and Convention Bureau Board of Directors, a member of the MBA Advisory Board at UW-Oshkosh and The Service League, Inc. of Fond du Lac.
Agnesian HealthCare has received numerous marketing and advertising awards in healthcare, including recent honors from the Healthcare Marketing Report for its 2013 Medline Pink Glove video, breast health awareness campaign, annual report, bus wraps and community benefit calendar.
