The Fond du Lac Regional Clinic in Brandon was established in 2001 and is located at 601 E. Clark Street in Brandon. The facility offers the services of Brandon resident Robert Newton, DO, a family medicine physician, and Andi Weigand, APNP, a nurse practitioner. Fond du Lac Regional Clinic pediatrician Barbara Zink, MD, also sees pediatric patients weekly at the Brandon location. The clinic offers on-site laboratory and X-ray services.

The Fond du Lac Regional Clinic in Brownsville was established in 1983, and currently houses family medicine physicians Gary Steele, MD, and Douglas Wonder, DO. It is located at 900 Main Street.

The Fond du Lac Regional Clinic in Campbellsport was established in 1980 and joined the Fond du Lac Regional Clinic in 1993. Current staff includes family medicine physician Thomas J. Fabricius, MD, and physician assistant Patricia Hayes, PA-C. It is located at 350 E. Sheboygan Street.

The clinic offers enhanced medical imaging and laboratory services, as well as nine exam rooms, a spacious waiting room with a special children's area and expanded parking.

The Fond du Lac Regional Clinic South is located conveniently off the Highway 151 bypass in Fond du Lac. This facility features the services of the Agnesian Center for Bone & Joint Health, which includes the Sports, Spine & Work Center, Orthopedics, and Podiatry (Foot and Ankle). 

Fond du Lac Regional Clinic Services include Otolaryngology (ear, nose and throat) and Audiology.

To help make healthcare services as convenient as possible, a full-service, on-site pharmacy - the Agnesian Pharmacy West – can fill your medication needs without ever leaving the clinic. The Agnesian Pharmacy West offers mail-out services, drive-thru window, and one-on-one pharmacist consultation.

The Fond du Lac Regional Clinic in Fox Lake was established in 2001 and is located at 703 W. State Street.

The facility offers the care of Cindy Hankes, APNP, a family nurse practitioner. The clinic offers on-site laboratory and X-ray services.

In October 2000, Agnesian HealthCare opened its Fond du Lac Regional Clinic satellite office in Markesan.

The Fond du Lac Regional Clinic in Mayville opened at its current location, 360 S. Mountin Drive, in 2002. The clinic houses family medicine physicians Paul Chambers, MD; Beth Collister, MD; Alisha Ketterer, MD; along with obstetrician/gynecologist Scott Hansfield, MD; urologist, Aaron Johnson, MD; and dermatologist Burt Steffes, MD.

The clinic  offers on-site laboratory and X-ray services. Agnesian HealthCare’s Fond du Lac Regional Clinic in Ripon, 790 Eastgate Drive, offers area residents and families with primary and specialty care services in a convenient location. The clinic houses family medicine providres Richard Gauthier, MD, family medicine physician; James Wallace, DO, family medicine physician; and Andi Weigand, APNP, nurse practitioner.

 

Specialty services (cardiology, dermatology, otolaryngology (ear, nose and throat), plastic surgery, pulmonology and urology) also offer some hours of service at this location. The clinic also provides laboratory, X-ray and drug screening services.
