This class is designed for older adults to maintain and improve cardiovascular health, strength and flexibility. The class will consist of a total body workout using bodyweight and several pieces of exercise equipment throughout the class. Newcomers and experienced exercisers welcome.
Cardio Circuit w/Chimene:
Combining a circuit of exercises and moves, you’ll be sure to feel this great total-body workout. There’s something new and interesting every time!
Work your core with intense moves and exercises to shape, shred, and tone that mid section.
High Step Sensation:
Take what you know of step aerobics and throw it out the window! This is a mix of cardio and strength, while using the step to increase range of motion and intensify the energy! Intermediate to advanced levels.
INSANITY® LIVE is challenging, group-focused athletic training, cardio conditioning, and total-body strength drills, designed for people of all levels. The moves are easy to follow—but the workout WILL challenge you, change you, and get you in the best shape of your life.
Enjoy a little surprise and mystery as you show up for class and get ready to sweat, be prepared to work out to the selection of the Instructor!

Ric brings his energy as a former collegiate level cycling coach to the RMC wellness center in this 1 hour spin class. Set up for all skill levels, this class will have you wanting more time on the bike.
Turbo Kick Live:
Turbo Kick LIVE combines traditional kickboxing moves with high-intensity interval training (HIIT) for an unbelievable calorie burn.You’ll have a blast getting into knockout shape—learning hard-hitting combos and edgy dance moves while torching fat and carving lean, sexy muscle in the most empowering class you’ve ever taken!
Yoga w/ Riann:
This class will guide you through a series of yoga poses focusing on working all major muscle groups. Yoga will help you increase strength, flexibility, range of motion, balance and coordination. The class will also be restorative to the mind, help with stress reduction and include a relaxation segment. Participants from all fitness levels encouraged to attend even if you are new to yoga. Please bring a yoga mat along with you if you have one
