Journeys: a health resource center kicks off membership program Agnesian HealthCare's Journeys: a health resource center is excited to kick off its new annual membership program for interested adults! Individuals are encouraged to stop by and sign up to become a Journeys member. Journeys is located off the St. Agnes Hospital lobby, 430 E. Division Street, Fond du Lac.
Membership benefits include a Journeys membership card, personal Journeys tote bag, bookmark, monthly e-mail health article, discounts at local retailers and on select Agnesian HealthCare products, and special offers at Journeys. Plus, Journeys members will receive free admission to all Journeys feature programs. A one-year membership is $35 per person, with a $25 renewal cost.
Membership perks include a full lipid panel and glucose screening by Consultants Laboratory (one per year); 10 percent off purchases at the Agnesian Health Shoppe; 20 percent off all Agnesian HealthCare private label products at any Agnesian Pharmacy location; 10 percent off all over-the-counter products at any Agnesian Pharmacy location; 10 percent off all purchases at Agnesian HealthCare's Café Coffee; 10 percent off all purchases at the St. Agnes Hospital Gift Shop; 20 percent off any Aveda purchase of $20 or more or 10 percent off any salon service at Euphoria, Inc.; and 10 percent off purchases at Attitude Sports.
Journeys: a health resource center offers a quiet, reflective and comfortable education environment for individuals who want to learn more about various health topics, support groups or classes. In addition to its large library of health information, the area features a fireplace with cozy seating, large windows overlooking the new St. Agnes Hospital entrance, Café Coffee next door, and a welcoming, relaxing atmosphere.
Journeys: a health resource center is open to the general public from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.
