Annual Giving

An annual drive, held each September, was established to raise money for particular Agnesian HealthCare programs or services.

Caring for You at Christmas

This annual celebration luncheon features themed tablescapes, designed by community volunteers in a unique, creative fashion. No two tables are alike. An event that is one of a kind, beautiful, unique and an effort to raise awareness and funds for those receiving treatment for cancer and other long-term illnesses. Funds benefit The Carol Hyland Caring for You Fund that was established in 2010. Many, who are challenged with the hardship of an illness and treatment, are often further burdened by worries of how to pay for utilities, children’s needs or simply putting food on the table.

An Evening of Wine & Chocolate

This annual event in Waupun features chocolates from End of the Trail Candy Shoppe and various hand-selected wines from around the world. There are also numerous specialty beers, local cheeses and hors d'oeuvre buffet for sampling as well as a silent auction. Proceeds support services or programs at Waupun Memorial Hospital.

Garden Walk

Each year gardens are selected throughout the community and toured by the public in July. Proceeds benefit a different designated Agnesian HealthCare service or program each year.

Grief Relief

Rebuilding Families “One Backyard at a Time”: Held in April with proceeds benefiting Grief Relief which offers free facilitated peer support groups for children, teens, young adults and their families who are grieving the death of a significant person in their lives. The evening features refreshments, live music, silent auction and a raffle drawing.

Holiday Appeal

This appeal has a broad focus outlining the needs of various hospital departments and programs.  The donor has the opportunity to designate which service or program will benefit from their gift.

Hospice Hope Cancer Care Charity Open

This annual golf outing is the area's largest fund raiser benefiting the seriously ill – both hospice and cancer patients. The golf outing held each August includes an evening dinner and auction.

Samaritan Health Clinic House Raffle

Each spring, the Agnesian HealthCare Foundation raffles off a newly-constructed home or a significant cash prize, along with other prizes, to help offset the operating costs of the Samaritan Health Clinics in Fond du Lac and Waupun. The clinic offers basic medical and eye care, as well as emergency dental care to families with no insurance and otherwise unable to afford such treatment.
