The Agnesian HealthCare Foundation, a charitable tax-exempt organization, exists to solicit, accept, acknowledge and invest charitable gifts, grants and bequests to help meet the many healthcare needs of the people served by Agnesian HealthCare.

The Agnesian HealthCare Foundation invites individuals to remember or honor a loved one in a special way by purchasing an engraved brick. Bricks can be located on a Wall of Hope at the Central Wisconsin Cancer Program for the Cancer Care Fund or as part of the Legacy Circle, which is located on the St. Agnes Hospital grounds. The Legacy Circle is created in part from bricks preserved from the St. Agnes School of Nursing/former St. Agnes Convent building.

Contributions made through the purchase of a Legacy Circle brick may be designated by the donor to any of the Foundation's funds or area of greatest need. Donations to the Angel of Hope Memorial & Healing Garden on the St. Agnes Hospital grounds assists with the development of programs for families needing help when dealing with a significant loss. In addition, memorial and honor gifts can be directed to the Remembrance Gardens, located at Agnesian HealthCare's Hospice Home of Hope in Fond du Lac.
