The history of Agnesian HealthCare is a story of the generosity, commitment and love of people who believed that our community deserved first-class healthcare. That belief is reflected today in the Agnesian HealthCare Foundation and all of our generous supporters. Medicine is ever changing and so are the needs of our community.

The Agnesian HealthCare Foundation helps keep pace with these changes and to continue our tradition of health education, service to the community, and innovative patient care. It is through the ongoing support of individuals like you that we can provide these compassionate services to our friends, neighbors and all in need.

Memorial and Honor Gifts

The Wall of Honor recognizes the members of our “Founders Society,” a special group who have named the Foundation in their estate plans. This donor wall is also recognition of our friends whose cumulative giving is $5,000 and above.
The Tree of Life display honors our friends with cumulative gifts reaching the $4,999 level.
Footprints on our Hearts honors newborns with a plaque that contains their name and date of birth. Memorial plaques also display a cross of remembrance.
The Agnesian HealthCare Foundation invites individuals to remember or honor a loved one in a special way by purchasing an engraved brick to be placed on the Wall of Hope at the Central Wisconsin Cancer Program or in the Legacy Circle located on the St. Agnes Hospital grounds.
The Angel of Hope Memorial & Healing Garden on the St. Agnes Hospital grounds assists with the development of programs for families needing help when dealing with a significant loss.
In addition, memorial and honor gifts can be directed to the Remembrance Gardens established through the generous donations from the many families whose lives have been touched by the care of Agnesian HealthCare's Hospice Hope.
