Infant Massage

Infant massage is nourishment for healthy development of baby’s mind, body and spirit. Loving touch lessens tension, fussiness and irritability; enhances bonding; aids in growth and development; improves baby’s sleep and increases circulation.


This Agnesian HealthCare class is for newborns that are not yet crawling. Participants should bring a soft blanket to the class.

Gentle Yoga

Centering on breath control and coordination of breath and movement, gentle yoga can be deeply therapeutic, helping address health issues that are structural, physiological, energetic or psycho-emotional.


Join Suzanne Boyle, a certified Viniyoga instructor with the Fond du Lac Center for Spirituality and Healing for a six-week gentle yoga program that will deepen your existing knowledge of yoga with meditation and visualization techniques to strengthen mental focus, relieve stress and anxiety, and awaken to the inner peace and joy that is your birthright.


Class dates include Tuesdays, September 23 to October 28.

Family Addiction Education Program

Applying a family-systems perspective to increase family and friends understanding of addiction and recovery.


Designed with One Goal in Mind...To recognize and become aware of distorted beliefs and experiences that shape behaviors, participants will identify new healthy ways of coping with the progressive nature of the disease.


Class dates include: Tuesdays, September 23 & 30; and October 7 & 14


Cost is $40 per person for each four-week program. 


Cash payment is required prior to attending the first group session. Payments can be made at the St. Agnes Hospital Cashiers Office (located on the first floor of the Fond du Lac Regional Clinic, behind clinic registration), Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Agnesian HealthCare's Breastfeeding Support Group is a free community service facilitated by Jodi DeMaa, RN-C, IBCLC, and Rita Parker, RN, IBCLC, St. Agnes Hospital Women & Infants Department lactation consultants.


Classes are held on the second and fourth Wednesday of each month.


Registration is not required.
