Agnesian HealthCare invites new parents to attend a free support group, "Mom & Baby Club." This group is designed for parents and their newborn (from birth to five months), to share questions and concerns about issues that arise during the unpredictable weeks and months following birth, including: infant care, expectations, exercise and diet, intimacy and more!

Alzheimer's Support Group

The Alzheimer's support group is an open gathering of people with common needs and interests who come together to share their feelings, thoughts and experiences in a combined effort to better cope with and manage the shared challenges of dementia in a safe environment. Support groups may include persons with dementia as well as caregivers.

Family & Friends CPR

FAMILY AND FRIENDS CPR teaches lay rescuers skills in adult, child and infant CPR and relief of foreign body airway obstruction in the responsive victim. The course presents information about the American Heart Association (AHA) adult Chain of Survival and signs of heart attack, cardiac arrest, stroke and choking in adults. The course also presents information on the AHA pediatric Chain of Survival, signs of choking in infants and children, prevention of the most common fatal pediatric injuries and reduction in the risk of sudden infant death syndrome. A course “participation card” is given to each participant.

Agnesian HealthCare's Breastfeeding Support Group is a free community service facilitated by Jodi DeMaa, RN-C, IBCLC, and Rita Parker, RN, IBCLC, St. Agnes Hospital Women & Infants Unit lactation consultants.


Classes are held on the second and fourth Wednesday of each month.


Registration is not required.

Above the Belt Cancer Support Group

Individuals dealing with the challenges of cancers of the head and neck, esophagus, GE junction and stomach are invited to attend this free support group.


Sponsored by Agnesian Cancer Care and facilitated by Richelle Rooney, RD, Agnesian HealthCare dietitian, and Kristie Martin, MSW, Agnesian Cancer Center social worker, "Above the Belt" provides participants with tools and education, as well as time to offer and receive support in an informative and supportive group setting.


This support group meets on the second Thursday of each month.

Domestic Violence Support Group - Shine

Shine is a support group for women who have been abused physically, sexually, verbally and emotionally, or who are currently involved in a domestic violence relationship.


Shine is an open support group and meets Thursday evenings from 5 to 6:30 p.m. in Agnesian HealthCare's Behavioral Health Services Meeting Room, Diagnostic & Treatment Center fifth floor, 430 E. Division Street, Fond du Lac.
