Eating Disorder Support Group
July 24, 2014
5:30 PM - 6:30 PM
Agnesian HealthCare Sixth Floor Meeting Room, 430 E. Division Street, Fond du Lac

Individuals 18 and older who are maintaining a healthy weight and/or compliant with their meal plan (if on one), and in recovery from an eating disorder (anorexia, bulimia or binge eating), are invited to attend this free support group to assist them during their recovery from eating disorders. This group is not intended for those struggling severely or who have relapsed.

In order to attend this group, members are required to see a therapist and/or dietitian regularly, and will be expected to sign a release of information at the first group so the group facilitators and treatment team can remain in contact should a safety issue arise.

Group facilitators have the right to ask individuals to leave or take a break from the group if they become inappropriate (relapse or become too ill that they would be a risk to themselves or other members).

Before admission to this group, members must contact Colleen Hanson, MS, LPC, at (920) 926-4389, or Alicia Jennerjohn, RD, at (920) 926-4674 to be screened. Members cannot show up to group without being screened by one of the above.

To learn more about this free support group, call Colleen Hanson or Alicia Jennerjohn at the numbers listed above.
