Did you know that you’ll start to achieve real health benefits within 20 minutes of quitting?

Join Journeys: a health resource center as they offer a smoking cessation program featuring Amanda Matchey, a wellness coordinator with Agnesian HealthCare Work & Wellness.

During this five-week class, Matchey will teach participants the skills to deal with not smoking, while addressing other issues, such as physical addiction and psychological dependency. The programs helps smokers identify their “triggers” or reasons for smoking, and deals with the stress that can often accompany the process of “quitting” a smoking habit.

Classes offer individuals a step-by-step plan for quitting smoking. The program teaches the skills and techniques that have been proven to help smokers quit.
