Walk With a Doc

Agnesian HealthCare is partnering with Walk With a Doc to create a safe, walkable community. 


The collaborative mission is to encourage healthy physical activity in people of all ages, and reverse the consequences of a sedentary lifestyle in order to improve the health and well-being of the country.


Join Agnesian HealthCare providers on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. to begin your commitment of improved health and well-being.


Step it Up! The Surgeon General of the United States recommends 150 minutes of weekly exercise to:


Lower your risk of heart disease and stroke, type 2 diabetes, breast and colon cancers, and depression



  • Maintain or lose weight

  • Boost your energy

  • Improve your sleep

  • Reduce stress

  • Redue your risk of falls

  • Delay the onset of cognitive decline and dementia

  • Increase sense of well-being 

  • And more!

Infant massage is nourishment for healthy development of baby’s mind, body and spirit. Loving touch lessens tension, fussiness and irritability; enhances bonding; aids in growth and development; improves baby’s sleep and increases circulation.


This Agnesian HealthCare class is for newborns that are not yet crawling. Participants should bring a soft blanket to the class.

Walk With a Doc - Nordic Walking

Agnesian HealthCare is partnering with Walk With a Doc to create a safe, walkable community. 


The collaborative mission is to encourage healthy physical activity in people of all ages, and reverse the consequences of a sedentary lifestyle in order to improve the health and well-being of the country.


Join an Agnesian HealthCare provider on Wednesdays from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. through August for an outdoor Nordic Walk using poles. Interested walkers should meet at the Lakeside Park pavillion on Harbor View Drive and Northgate Street to begin your commitment of improved health and well-being. Walks are weather permitted.

Wautoma - Adult Grief Support Group (Open)

Open Bereavement Support Group: This group is intended for individuals who are grieving the death of someone close to them, whether the death was two months or two year ago. Group provides a safe environment to share feelings such as guilt, anger, fear, or loneliness.


Please join us at Wautoma Public Library.


Registration is not required for open groups.

Ripon Impact Concussion Testing 2016-2017

Ripon Middle School, RMS Library/Computer Lab,

Agnesian Bone and Joint is providing computerized baseline concussion testing for fall sport athletes. Any athlete that hasn't had a baseline test or hasn't had one in the last two years (8th grader who took it in 6th grade) should plan to attend one of the sessions.


Sessions last 30-45 minutes and are free of charge thanks to the generosity of the Foundation for Ripon Medical Center.
