Family Addiction Education Program
Time: 4:30 PM to 6:00 PM

Location: St. Agnes Hospital Outpatient Behavioral Health Services Department (Fifth floor, Diagnostic & Treatment Center)

Cost: $40 per person

Agnesian HealthCare recognizes that addiction is a chronic, progressive and sometimes fatal disease. We also know it is a manageable disease through treatment and commitment to follow-up care and recovery.

The Family Addiction Educational Program at St. Agnes Hospital's Outpatient Behavioral Health Services is designed to educate family members, significant others, and friends who have someone either active in addiction or early in the recovery process.

The program is designed to promote the well-being of those who live with or care about an adult with an addiction. Through education and guidance, participants learn they are unable to control their loved one's addiction, however, those wishing to be supportive can learn to take responsibility for their own health and happiness.

For more information or to register, contact Journeys: a health resource center at (920) 926-4960.
