The public is invited to attend a candy and nut sale by The Nutman Company, sponsored by the Ripon Medical Center Auxiliary, on Wednesday, January 30. This event is scheduled from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. by the Ripon Medical Center Atrium by the gift shop.

The Nutman Company features 150 fine quality nuts, chocolates, snack mixes and candies at reasonable prices! This is a great opportunity to pick up stocking stuffers, holiday hostess gifts or that hard-to-buy person on your shopping list.

Proceeds benefit Ripon Medical Center programs and services. Visa and MasterCard are welcome.

Heartsaver First Aid teaches students critical skills to respond to and manage an emergency in the first few minutes until emergency medical services (EMS) arrives. Skills iniclude how to treat bleeding, sprains, broken bones, shock and other first aid emergencies. This course is for anyone with limited or no medical training who needs a course completion card in first aid to meet job, regulatory or other requirements.

Join Andrea Oosterhouse, certified yoga instructor, for a calming, stress-relieving yoga practice designed to stretch and strengthen the body gradually. This mind-body awareness yoga practice emphasizes mental relaxation through a series of breathing instruction, and slow yoga stretches and poses. 

Individuals should dress comfortably and bring a yoga mat to each session.

Preregistration is required. Class dates include Tuesdays, February 4 to 25.

The Agnesian HealthCare Volunteers have scheduled a footwear sale by PRN from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on Friday, February 7 in Agnesian HealthCare’s lobby concourse, 430 E. Division Street, Fond du Lac.

The sale will feature a selection of footwear to capture the likings of many. Styles will be available from top manufacturers to include Adidas, Columbia, Crocs, Klogs, KSwiss, Reebok and more. There will be a wide selection for both men and women. The sale will also feature a selection of athleisure wear including comfy pants and zip front fleece.

Cash, checks, VISA and MasterCard will be accepted.

All proceeds benefit patient programs and services. You will not want to miss this great opportunity to purchase new footwear at affordable prices.
