"The people are what make Agnesian HealthCare a great place to work. I learned that from the first few days of my employment. Co-workers invited me to their homes for dinner, offered advice on where to look for an apartment, and in general where all fantastic by making me truly feel like part of the team. Associates in other departments also recognized me as a new associate and really made an effort to make me feel welcome.

I have been an associate here for just over two years, and I have had the opportunity to see the caring nature of the associates stand out in many ways. From the 'Lend a Helping Hand' program, where associates can donate vacation time to associates in need due to health or family emergencies, to the organization rallying together to work through challenges presented by past flooding in the area, the associates are the heart of this organization."

"I started off work here at Agnesian HealthCare as a part-time fitness trainer at the TAG Center in Mayville. At my one year review, my supervisor knew I wanted to further my education and gave me the opportunity to go back to school through a distance learning program through Western Wisconsin Community College in LaCrosse. By working for Agnesian HealthCare, it gave me the opportunity to further my education. I became registered in EEG and was hired full time in our laboratory. Through Agnesian HealthCare and its many benefits with educational programs, I am planning to take my exam to be registered in sleep medicine in the near future. I enjoy the patient interaction, and the many benefits Agnesian HealthCare has to offer including the Zone, 401K, child care center, and the new construction that is taking place just to name a few. I especially enjoy the many opportunities for advancement and transferring throughout the organization to better fit my lifestyle."
