- Agnesian HealthCare uses the behavioral interview technique to evaluate your past experiences and behaviors. Be prepared to give specific examples of past work or school experiences.
- You may be asked to complete a Background Information Disclosure Form (BID) following the interview. Please complete the form and return it to Human Resources or complete it immediately and return it to interviewing Supervisor/Director.
- Notify your current and past supervisors that they may be contacted to provide a reference on your past performance.
- Requests for reference information will be sent via email. Be sure to check your email regularly in the event you would be asked to provide contact information for current and/or past supervisors.
- Should you be asked to provide reference contacts, please be sure all contact information is accurate. Reference contacts are required and the accuracy of the information you provide is a reflection of the completeness of your application.
