Campbellsport
The Campbellsport Clinic was established in 1980 and joined the Fond du Lac Regional Clinic in 1993. Current staff includes family medicine physician Thomas J. Fabricius, MD, and physician assistant Patricia Hayes, PA.
It is located at its new clinic location, 350 E. Sheboygan Street. The new clinic offers enhanced medical imaging and laboratory services, as well as nine exam rooms, a spacious waiting room with a special children's area and expanded parking.
