The Fond du Lac Regional Clinic in Campbellsport was established in 1980 and joined the Fond du Lac Regional Clinic in 1993. Current staff includes family medicine physician Thomas J. Fabricius, MD, and physician assistant Patricia Hayes, PA-C.
