Personalized care best through eyes of patients

Patients appreciate the time that Jean Rusch, APNP, a nurse practitioner with Agnesian Plastic Surgery & Cosmetic Services, takes during their visits with her knowing that the direction she offers to their specific needs will be the best avenue for them to follow.

“Patient care is approached through the eyes of the patient,” Rusch says. “Understanding their individual needs, concerns and expectations is how each plan of care is curtailed to his/her treatment.”

A recent patient comment reflects the benefits of this approach. “Jean is very professional and truly cares about her patients! She made my appointment so comfortable and addressed all of my concerns.”

Rusch, a Marian University graduate, sees patients for cosmetic consultations, new patients and follow-ups. She is certified in non-surgical procedures, including photo rejuvenation, laser hair removal, and injections.

“I find it very rewarding working with fellow Fond du Lac Regional Clinic providers as part of Agnesian HealthCare,” according to Rusch. “We are a community of providers, with various disciplines, who work collaboratively to provide the most favorable outcomes for each patient. This collaborative effort is rewarding.”

When not seeing patients at Agnesian Plastic Surgery & Cosmetic Services, Rusch enjoys traveling, watching her children’s sporting events and participating in outdoor activities. "In fact, one of my greatest achievements was running in the Boston Marathon,” she adds.

As many of her colleagues, Rusch finds great benefit and enjoyment living in the Fond du Lac area. “I enjoy the wholesome Midwestern values of my patients and the sense of community within the organization.”

Jean Rusch, APNP, sees patients at the Agnesian Plastic Surgery & Cosmetic Services, 421 Camelot Drive, Fond du Lac. For more information or to schedule an appointment, call (920) 926-8614.
