How often should I clean my CPAP supplies, and how?

You should wash your CPAP mask, tubing, water chamber and washable filter (if you have one, some use disposable filters) once a week at the minimum to prevent bacteria growth and infection. You can wash your supplies in a mild dish soap and water. Rinse well and air dry, or opt to utilize an automated SoClean cleaner and sanitizing machine, which is a waterless cleaner that disinfects with ozone.
