Maple Mustard Glazed Salmon

Serves 4

  • 4 salmon fillets (4-6oz)
  • Black pepper
  • ΒΌ cup pure maple syrup
  • 2 Tbs. stone ground mustard
  • 2 Tbs. apple cider vinegar

Season salmon with pepper. In small bowl combine maple syrup, mustard and vinegar, mix well. Preheat skillet or broiler pan. Place salmon in pan and brush with glaze; cook about four minutes per side for medium. When turning the salmon, brush with additional glaze.
