Does CPAP improve work productivity?

Danielle Reysen

In fact, it does. People who have sleep apnea are less productive at work, usually due to excessive daytime sleepiness. If you have Continuous Positive Airway Pressure (CPAP) and have good adherence, there should be a significant improvement in your productivity at work and in your daytimes sleepiness. Those that do not follow the CPAP treatment will have no improvement in symptoms or work productivity.
