Founded by Mother Agnes Hazotte and the Congregation of the Sisters of St. Agnes, St. Agnes Hospital treated its first patient in 1896. The hospital has grown into both an inpatient and outpatient facility providing innovative community and regional healthcare services to the greater Fond du Lac area.
